Did you know that you grow taller space? Well that's because theres no gravity to go and push you down. Every wonder what Saturn is named after? Just like all planets Saturn is named after a roman mythology. Saturn is also exactly six planets away from the sun. In kilometres thats 120,536 km. If you wanted to take shuttle to Saturn that would take 3.6 years! The rotation period on Saturn is 10 hours and 14 minutes, thats shorter than earth days! That would even be like going to school for half an hour and having fun for the rest of the day. Also another fun fact for you is if a person on Saturn weighed 100 pounds normally then they would weigh 108 pounds on Saturn. I guess you may look a bit chubbier on Saturn than usual. Anyways back to the report topic. It takes Saturn 29.45 years for Saturn to take the whole route around the sun. Just like Jupiter, Saturn has a thick atmosphere and is composed of hydrogen and helium. The ratio of hydrogen to helium ratio decreases with depth methane and ammonia are also present. Temperature on Saturn is 168 degrees celsius But lastly before I end this report we should probably talk about how enormously big Saturn's rings are, They are 1km thick and 282,000 km long! I personally think that Saturn's rings make it the coolest planet in space. Saturn is a very fun and interesting planet to research and I have had a very good time learning more in depth about Saturn!
The universe is very old and very complex. The universe approximately 13.82 billion years old. Earth comes in at 4.543 billion years old not too shabby. The scale of the universe is endless so there is no way to tell. Saturn is not solid like earth but instead is a giant gas planet.
Facts About Earth
- Earth is a English/German name which means ground.
- Earth is 149.6 million km
- Earth is 24,902 km
- Earth is made of iron and nickel
Saturn is very unique in it's own way. Like for starters let's talk about those giant rings? Earth is just a round planet that's blue and green! Saturn also has 62 moons Earth only has 1 moon. Also a day on Saturn is 10 hours and 14 minutes. We would only go to school for 30 mins and then you would go home. Earth is 24 hours that means we go to school for 6 hours big difference right? That also means that we get more time to sleep! Well I personally think that Earth is better than Saturn. What about you?
1. What is gravity?
Gravity is a Gravitational pull that keeps the solar system together. If there was no gravity then everything in the world would be floating. Gravity gives us night and day because it moves the earth also gives us Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. It even gives us the days of the week.
2.What are the position, motion and components of space?
So when we rotate around the sun when its in the potition of the milky way ( milky way is basically a galaxy) it turns day and night but it also takes one year to move a day (in the milky way thats about 3,000,000,00 years just to go around once).
